Miniature Solar Vehicle Project
The project was sponsored by Temple's Energy Committee and Recreation Committee,
working in conjunction with
the school's science teacher.
The students worked in teams of 2 to build their solar powered vehicles. And on a sunny spring day, they took them outside and raced them!
The Temple Elementary School 3rd and 4th graders are committed to cleaning up their corner of planet Earth. Above and below are posters made by the students to advertise how we all can cut down on our energy use to keep the planet healthy. .
