Miniature Solar Vehicle Project
The project was sponsored by Temple's Energy Committee and Recreation Committee,
working in conjunction with
the school's science teacher.
The students worked in teams of 2 to build their solar powered vehicles. And on a sunny spring day, they took them outside and raced them!
The Temple Elementary School 3rd and 4th graders are committed to cleaning up their corner of planet Earth. Above are a few posters made by the students to advertise how we all can cut down on our energy use to keep the planet healthy. .
